A particularly rewarding project shaped by the added complexity of close collaboration with clients living overseas. Despite the distance, we worked seamlessly to deliver a thoughtful and highly efficient transformation of the property. Central to the scheme was the introduction of a mezzanine level above the kitchen, unlocking valuable additional space and creating a striking architectural focal point.

The home was fully reconfigured to maximise functionality, flow and comfort for a growing family of four, with each intervention carefully considered to enhance both everyday living and spatial clarity. Guided by the clients’ creative vision and openness to bold design moves, the project evolved into a distinctive and characterful home - one that was immensely satisfying to see realised.
